For now, we only deliver within the United Kingdom. -
How long will it take to receive my order?
After payment confirmation, we process orders within 1–3 business days.
Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your address. -
How much is shipping?
Orders of £79.99 or more get free shipping.
Orders under £79.99 have a shipping cost of £5.99.
The final amount will be shown at checkout. -
Can I cancel my order?
Orders not processed within 48 hours can be cancelled.
For orders already in preparation, you can refuse delivery or return the order after receiving it. -
How do I make a return or exchange?
